Accepted payment methods, how a pro player service is delivered, typical completion times and what happens after you place an order.

1. Overview

GetProPlayer provides skill-based gaming services booked through our online marketplace. Services are delivered digitally by independent professional players. There is no physical shipment of goods.

2. Payment methods

Prices are shown on each service page before checkout. Service prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD). Payment is processed through approved methods on the Platform, including card payments via Stripe (and Apple Pay / Google Pay where available). You receive order confirmation in your account after successful payment.

3. Service delivery

After payment, your order is assigned to a verified pro player. Delivery happens in-game according to the offer you selected (party session, agreed goal, or other configured options). Progress and communication are available through order chat in your account.

4. Timeframes

Estimated completion time is shown on the offer page when applicable. Actual timing depends on game mode, your configuration, and pro availability. Support can help if an order is delayed beyond the stated estimate.

5. Client cooperation

You must provide accurate account or party details and remain reachable during active orders. Delays caused by incorrect information or lack of response may affect delivery time and refund eligibility.
